Junior Manual Tester QA QC

We are looking for QC Engineer to join our project with main responsibilities:

Understand the project requirements in each stage. Work with leaders and team members in test planning, specification, identification, implementation, setup and execution of test cases.
Tracking and improving the working process.
Perform software tests to ensure products meet and exceed quality standards.
Perform test activity, generate and send test reports to team leader and follow up for issue verification, bug resolution parallelly.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of test results, defect reports, and test case modifications.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in quality assurance.
Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
Test Environment Setup: Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments to ensure accurate testing.
Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality control methodologies and tools.
Test Execution: Execute manual test cases to ensure product quality and functionality.
Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
Test Case Development: Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross- functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skills:

Good at time management (Always on time).
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios. Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to write clear and comprehensive test documentation.
Careful & meticulous.
Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience: 1- 2 years of experience in quality control or software testing. Knowledge of various types of testing, such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test management tools to organize test cases, track defects, and manage test execution.
Serious at work.
Reading & writing documents in English.

Monthly (base) salary is negotiable and up to $ 2,000. Factors for consideration are level, job- related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Your compensation and promotion will be reviewed and adjusted at any time as you grow and develop within the role.
Compensation includes monthly (base) salary, year- end bonus (13th month- salary and more), and performance- based bonuses.
