JUNIOR FULLSTACK DEVELOPER (REACTJS & Ruby on Rails)
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Junior Fullstack Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will primarily focus on building modern, high- performance user interfaces using ReactJS while expanding your backend expertise into Golang. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who is strong in Frontend and eager to master a high- concurrency Backend language.
Key Responsibilities
In alignment with our standard software development lifecycle (SDLC), your duties will include:
Design & Analysis: Study user requirements and participate in creating detailed program designs and software prototypes.
Quality Assurance: Perform Unit Tests and participate in main integration tests for product components.
Ad- hoc Tasks: Perform other technical tasks as requested by the Project Manager.
Maintenance: Identify and fix bugs during development and acceptance testing (UAT). Participate in code reviews and technical reviews.
Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the company’s Knowledge Base by documenting "lessons learned" and best practices at project closure.
Application Building: Build and code features for both Frontend (ReactJS) and Backend (Golang) following established coding conventions.
Documentation: Create software installation guidelines and necessary technical support documents.
Job Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Knowledge & Technical Skills:
Backend (Plus): Practical experience or a strong desire to learn Ruby on Rails.
Frontend (Required): Strong proficiency in ReactJS, including experience with Hooks, State Management, and building responsive layouts.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in software development (Ruby on Rails, PHP, .NET, or Java backgrounds are welcome if willing to switch to Ruby on Rails).
Fundamental Skills: Good understanding of OOP, debugging, problem- solving, and database design (PostgreSQL is a plus).
Methodology: Understanding of SDLC (Waterfall, Agile Scrum) and system architecture (OOAD/UML).
Language Skills:
Ability to read and understand English technical materials.
