Junior Full-Stack Marketing (English Markets)

We seek a highly motivated Full Stack Marketer to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for Magestore’s POS Lite product in the English- speaking markets. This role is critical to achieving our target and requires a candidate with solid experience in B2B marketing, digital campaigns, and a deep understanding of the software landscape. Magestore is a leading provider of innovative Point of Sale (POS) solutions tailored for businesses of all sizes. Our mission is to empower businesses with efficient and user- friendly POS systems, and we’re looking for a Full Stack Marketer to help us gain new users for our POS Lite edition, specifically targeting the English- speaking markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Market Research and Strategy:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the SMB market.Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to this market segment.
Email Marketing Campaigns:
Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aimed at decision makers of retail brands.Craft persuasive email content and offers to engage and convert potential users.
Partnerships and Promotion:
Collaborate with key partners to promote Magestore POS Lite.Coordinate partnership initiatives to expand our reach in this market.
Paid Advertising:
Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns targeting Magento merchants.Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
Content Creation and Optimization:
Create dedicated landing pages to promote our product.Implement SEO strategies to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.Engage with the target audience on relevant social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze campaign performance using relevant tools.Provide regular reports with actionable insights to fine- tune marketing strategies.

Proven Marketing Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing within the SaaS industry, specifically targeting English- speaking markets. This includes experience with B2B lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
Adaptability: Adapt to new technologies, platforms, and marketing trends.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are necessary to track and interpret data related to marketing campaigns. You should be comfortable using analytics tools to assess performance, make data- driven decisions, and optimize strategies for better results.
Results- driven: A results- driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
Project Management: Ensuring marketing campaigns and initiatives are executed on time and within budget.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in paid advertising is a must. Experience with various digital marketing channels and tools, such as email marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing, is a plus.
English Language Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential. You should be able to craft compelling content, engage with English- speaking businesses effectively, and articulate complex marketing concepts clearly.

Salary: Starting from $600/month with performance rewards, reviewed every 6 months
