About the RoleMisen is looking for a Junior E‐Commerce Graphic Designer with strong English communication skills to join our growing creative team. In this role, you will design and produce high‐quality visual assets for our e‐commerce brands, supporting campaigns that reach a global audience.
This is a great opportunity for a young designer with 1–2 years of experience to sharpen their skills, take ownership of design projects, and grow in a fast‐paced, data‐driven environment.

Stay updated with design trends, especially in e‐commerce, D2C brands, and conversion‐focused design.
Read and interpret English creative briefs and participate in idea discussions.
Design and produce digital marketing assets including website banners, social media creatives, email templates, and advertising visuals.
Optimize designs for performance: fast loading, mobile responsiveness, and high visual impact.
Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually compelling designs that align with campaign goals.
Create and maintain website graphics, landing pages, and product visuals optimized for web and mobile.
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure consistent brand identity.

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
Strong sense of visual aesthetics, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related fields.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast‐paced environment.
1–2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in e‐commerce or digital marketing.
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: Figma, After Effects, Premiere).
Proficiency in English – able to read briefs, understand feedback, and present design ideas in English.
Portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity is required.

Preferred Skills

Experience designing for Shopify or other e‐commerce platforms.
Familiarity with motion graphics and short‐form video content.
Understanding of A/B testing and conversion‐focused design.
