Junior Accountant - Outsourcing

General Information

Location: 39- 41, D4 Street, Him Lam, Tan Hung Ward, District 7, HCMC
Working hours (7h/day): Mon- Fri (9:00- 17:30)

Main Responsibilities

Ensure timely preparation of annually financial reports which comply with IFRS for Hong Kong and Singapore companies
Liaise between independent auditors and client&039;s questions on all annual audit matters & reports.
Manage, monitor, reconcile customer’s account report monthly in ensuring that the accounting report are processed on time, effectively, accurately and with utmost integrity.
Handle customer’s enquiries via online chat system and email in providing relevant resolution if necessary.

Requirements

Fluent in English
Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Auditing
Have knowledge of IFRS, Xero is an advantage
At least 1- 2 years of working experience
Be well- organized, detail- oriented, patient, enthusiastic
