Junior Accountant - Internal

General Information

Location: 39- 41, D4 Street, Him Lam, Tan Hung Ward, District 7
Working hours (7h/day): Monday- Friday (9:00- 17:30)

Responsibilities

Regularly check balance and reconcile bank accounts to timely conduct accounting
Issue invoices and send receipts to customers
Input data into the accounting software
Monitor and check the accuracy of invoices, account payable, and request payments to suppliers
Arrange, check, and maintain accounting vouchers logically, then store them into Cloud in accordance with company&039;s policy

Requirements

Fluent in English
Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Auditing
Be well- organized, detail- oriented, patient
At least 1 year of working experience
Have knowledge of IFRS, Xero is a plus
