📍 Location: Ba Dinh, Hanoi
💼 Position: Design Assistant Manager
Japanese real estate developer is looking for a Design Assistant Manager to join Design Department in Hanoi. This role is ideal for architects with strong design experience who want to work in a professional Japanese real estate environment and participate in high- quality residential projects.
🕘 Working hours: Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 17:00
💰 Salary: 35 – 43 million VND (Gross/month)

Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and JV partners
Support the Design Manager in coordinating design- related tasks and schedules
Travel domestically (Hai Phong / Ho Chi Minh City) when required
Translate and communicate design documents and discussions (Vietnamese ↔ English)
Review drawings from concept design to shop drawings
Participate in feasibility studies and architectural research
Propose attractive architectural ideas, facilities, landscapes, and interior concepts
Be involved in all design stages: concept, basic, technical, and construction design
Monitor project timelines and design budgets

Requirements:

📌 Portfolio is required (project overview, renderings, layouts, etc.)
Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture, construction, or real estate development
Strong command of English (spoken and written)
Good hand- sketching skills
Solid knowledge of architectural regulations, urban planning, and fire safety laws
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player
Experience in residential projects (apartments or low- rise housing)
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, and Adobe Photoshop
