Landscape Planning & Development
Vận Lập kế hoạch & Phát triển Cảnh quan
• Create and update the master landscape plan and seasonal planting schedules.
Lập và cập nhật sơ đồ tổng thể cảnh quan cùng lịch trồng theo mùa.
• Design native- species beds, ornamental displays, and eco- friendly features.
Thiết kế luống cây bản địa, tiểu cảnh trang trí và các yếu tố thân thiện môi trường.
• Coordinate pre- opening layout, hardscape elements, and signage placement.
Phối hợp bố trí tiền khai trương, các yếu tố cứng (hardscape) và biển chỉ dẫn.
Irrigation & Equipment Management
Quản lý Tưới & Thiết bị
• Oversee installation and maintenance of irrigation and drainage systems.
Giám sát lắp đặt và bảo trì hệ thống tưới tiêu và thoát nước.
• Schedule and track routine servicing of mowers, trimmers, and tools.
Lên lịch và theo dõi bảo trì định kỳ máy cắt cỏ, máy tỉa và dụng cụ.
• Implement water- conservation initiatives and monitor usage metrics.
Triển khai sáng kiến tiết kiệm nước và giám sát chỉ số sử dụng.
Team Leadership & Training
Dẫn dắt và Đào tạo đội ngũ
• Supervise gardeners and allocate daily tasks to meet maintenance targets.
Giám sát công nhân làm vườn và phân công công việc hàng ngày để đạt mục tiêu bảo trì.
• Conduct regular training on sustainable practices, equipment use, and safety protocols.
Đào tạo định kỳ về thực hành bền vững, sử dụng thiết bị và quy trình an toàn.
• Mentor team members and evaluate performance with feedback.
Hướng dẫn nhân viên và đánh giá hiệu suất kèm phản hồi.
Plant Health & Sustainability
Sức khỏe Cây trồng & Sinh thái Bền vững
• Monitor plant health; diagnose pests, diseases, and soil conditions.
Giám sát sức khỏe cây; chẩn đoán sâu bệnh và tình trạng đất.
• Apply organic fertilizers, composting programs, and erosion- control measures.
Áp dụng phân bón hữu cơ, chương trình ủ phân và biện pháp chống xói mòn.
• Implement native- species propagation to support biodiversity.
Triển khai nhân giống cây bản địa để tăng đa dạng sinh học
Cross- Department Coordination
Phối hợp liên bộ phận
• Liaise with Housekeeping, Public Areas, and Events teams for landscape support.
Phối hợp với Buồng phòng, Khu vực công cộng và đội Sự kiện về hỗ trợ cảnh quan.
• Advise F&B on outdoor dining layouts and seasonal décor.
Tư vấn F&B về bố trí ăn ngoài trời và trang trí theo mùa.
• Report progress, challenges, and needs to Resort Manager.
Báo cáo tiến độ, thách thức và nhu cầu cho Quản lý Khu nghỉ dưỡng.
Other Duties as Assigned

• Assist in special projects such as trail creation, forest restoration, or guest events.
Hỗ trợ dự án đặc biệt như tạo đường mòn, phục hồi rừng hoặc sự kiện dành cho khách.
• Participate in safety drills and sustainability committees.
Tham gia diễn tập an toàn và ủy ban sinh thái bền vững.
