Java Technical Lead Microservices / Oracle

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across the project lifecycle
Lead the design and implementation of system architecture and integration
Ensure seamless integration of all system components and infrastructure
Support presales activities including technical proposals and solution presentations
Monitor system performance to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals
Collaborate with delivery managers and clients to understand current and future business needs
Propose comprehensive business solutions with cost estimations (development, operations, maintenance)
Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions from stakeholders
Analyze existing systems to identify upgrade opportunities or feature enhancements
Facilitate technical discussions with development teams to align on software requirements
Provide training and guidance to staff on system procedures and best practices

Technical Expertise

Hands- on experience with Azure Cloud, AKS, Apache NiFi, Salesforce
Experience with Unit Testing, Jenkins, Fortify, Snyk, SonarQ for code quality assurance
Strong background in Java API Microservices & Oracle PL/SQL & Forms/Reports
Familiarity with .NET C, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Spring Framework, Spring Boot (preferred)
Proficient in Oracle DB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL

Soft Skills & Domain Knowledge

Strong problem- solving aptitude and strategic thinking
Proven experience in technical solutioning, proposal writing, and presales engagements
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience in the insurance domain is a strong plus
Willingness to work onsite at the customer’s office in HCMC (Hybrid model: 2–3 days onsite per week)
