Japanese Officer (N3+)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work style: Direct collaboration with Japanese clients, communication via Slack, Teams, and email.
Overview: The job involves operating and managing internal systems. Work directly with Japanese clients and follow clear documented processes.
Language: Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher, mainly for reading and writing; speaking/listening not mandatory).
Process clarity: All tasks have established manuals and clear workflows. The role focuses on accurately following documented processes while working directly with Japanese customers.

Quick learner and proactive in handling tasks.
Familiarity with collaboration tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Confluence.
Japanese language: JLPT N3 or higher (mainly reading/writing).
Ability to follow documented workflows accurately.
Basic office IT skills: Google Workspace, Excel, ….
