Japanese Bridge Engineer BrSE/IT Comtor/NO CODE

We are looking for a Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE) to join our team. If you&039;re an experienced IT- comtor, who is willing to take on the BrSE career path, you&039;re welcome to apply.
Executionlab is a software development company based in Ho Chi Minh City that works on digital transformation projects for many clients mainly from Japan.
Job Description

Join as a bridge for meetings between the project team and client. Create documents related to project development.
Help the development team create documents to report, and track the relationship between the customer and the development team.
Support Project Manager’s or Leader&039;s tasks.
Interact directly with clients in Japan to negotiate and receive project activities.
Improve Project management skills to become BrSE (if you are an ITComtor) or Bridge Project Manager (BPM) in the future.

You&039;re required to:

Preferably have experience working on- site in Japan
Background as a software engineer (in any position) is preferable.
Be able to multi- task, to work in teams and independently.
Have Japanese N2 level or higher (can hold a conversation with Japanese clients in a business manner).
Be a fast learner, creative, proactive, and able to work under high pressure.
Have at least 2 years of experience at Japanese IT companies (software/game/product)
Have excellent communication skills, good logical thinking skills, good self- management skills.
