Collaborate closely with Project Managers, BrSEs, and Developers to ensure project goals are met.
Gather, analyze, and document requirements in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Conduct research on users, competitors, or business domains when needed.
Participate in client meetings, assist in interpreting and summarizing technical discussions.
Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
Support acceptance testing, validate features against requirements, and ensure product quality.
Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and the development team to understand and clarify business needs.
Translate Japanese business requirements into clear, structured specifications for developers and QA.

Yêu cầu công việc

Japanese proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher (N2+ preferred).
English communication: able to discuss with internal teams (reading/writing preferred).
Analytical mindset: logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem- solving ability.
Education:
Candidates with a language background who are eager to learn IT and business analysis are welcome.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or Japanese/English Language (or related fields).
Tools: proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, Notion) is a plus.
IT awareness: basic understanding of software development and system concepts (Agile/Scrum familiarity is a plus).
Experience:
Candidates with strong Japanese skills but limited BA experience are welcome — we offer training and mentorship from senior BAs.
Prior experience as a BA, QA, or in any client- facing role is a plus — especially in Japanese projects.
