ITSM Engineering Atlassian Ecosystem

We’re looking for a passionate ITSM Engineer to join our growing digital banking team!
You’ll play a key role in building, improving, and supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions using the Atlassian Ecosystem (Jira Service Management, JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
This is your chance to make a real impact by streamlining IT processes, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations for our digital banking services.

Build and Configure ITSM Solutions: Use Atlassian tools to design ITSM workflows, service catalogs, and knowledge bases that fit our digital banking needs.
Improve and Innovate: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and implement solutions that enhance incident, problem, change, and service request management.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineers, security experts, and operations teams to integrate ITSM practices into our digital banking platform.
Be the Atlassian Expert: Serve as the main point of contact for Jira Service Management, Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, ensuring it’s always running smoothly and meeting our needs.
Stay Ahead: Keep up with new features in the Atlassian Ecosystem and ITSM best practices to help us continuously improve.

Great Communicator: Able to explain complex ideas in a clear and simple way, working well with both technical and non- technical team members.
Experience with Atlassian Tools: Hands- on experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence.
Banking Bonus: Experience in digital banking or financial services is a plus, but not required.
ITIL Knowledge: Familiar with ITIL practices and frameworks.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
