Stay up- to- date on the latest Apple security updates and advise clients on necessary actions.

Configure macOS and iOS settings according to client requirements and best practices.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Apple products.
Assist with the deployment of new Apple devices (Mac, iPad, iPhone) for business users.
