Job Summary:
The IT Support Tier 2 role at Unicity provides advanced technical support for internal users and business systems. This position handles issues from Unicity’s online shopping platforms, and performs system and application log analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Application & E- Commerce Support
- Coordinate with developers and vendors when required.
- Investigate order, payment, and access issues.
- Support online shopping / e- commerce platforms.
• Log Analysis & Troubleshooting
- Provide clear documentation and escalation notes.
- Read and analyze application, system, and web logs.
- Identify root causes of incidents and system errors.
• User & Access Management
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Maintain access control and permissions.
- Support onboarding and off boarding processes.
• Documentation & Collaboration
- Collaborate with global IT and development teams.
- Maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
