IT Support Engineer Cloud/ Networking

Main job duties:
Daily investigate and troubleshoot issues (remote/onsite) of OS/Application, HW, IT Infrastructure and Network for end users. Follow up with customers to ensure issues has been solved.
Record requests and problems and solutions in logs system.
Manage vendor: manage and monitor vendor jobs and working performance.
Answer incoming calls/emails and provide 1st & 2nd level support to customers.
Responsible for managing, operating, troubleshooting the server/network system. Assist other SEs in maintenance other IT infrastructure devices.
Perform other ad- hoc duties as required from manager.

Education level:
Have one or more international certifications in IT fileds is an advantage: Cisco/ Microsoft/ VMWare/ ITIL/ ...
Bachelor’s or University’s Degree in IT or Telecommunications.
English or Japanese communication skills in both speaking and writing (Japanese is an advantage)
Have certificates, deep knowledge and understanding about Windows/Network/Cloud/Security system
Working experience:
Have experience in working with Japanese customers is an advantage.
Have experience managing, operating, troubleshooting big troubles.
Have experience (at least 2 year) in IT customer service.
Job skills:
Server system:
Deploy/Configure/Monitor/Diagnose/Troubleshoot server software and hardware problems.
Have knowledge in Domain, File Server…
Have knowledge in Windows Server/ Cloud, Hybrid/ Security/ ...
IT Infrastructure:
Install and configure new computers and other IT equipment.
Manage and co- operate with vendors to fix IT devices: printer, plotter, projector, Multifunction devices, TV meeting, PBX, Security door…
Network system:
Have knowledge in TCP/IP for troubleshooting LAN and WAN network.
End- User support:
Support end- user (onsite/remote/on phone) to resolve IT related problems.
Soft skills:
Good management, report and documentation skill: PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
Have the ability to work independently as well as part of the team.
Strong problem- solving skills.
Hardworking, carefully, attention to details and willing to learn new things.
Flexible working time: can work in shift/over time/at weekend/on holidays.
