IT Supervisor (System Administrator)

Panasonic Appliances Vietnam (PAPVN) is looking for 01 member to join the IT (Infrastructure) Team.
This position is based in Hanoi, with occasional travel to TL2 Factory in Hung Yen when needed (around once a month).
Main tasks as follows:
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement Cloud Server solutions and Smart Factory initiatives.
- Lead and support IT infrastructure projects at TL1 and TL2, with a key focus on TL1.
- Troubleshoot incidents and provide timely support to business users, primarily at TL1.
- Take full responsibility for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure environment at TL1 Factory, and provide technical support for infrastructure systems at TL2 Factory.
- Perform additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the IT Manager.
- Oversee the factory network to ensure security, availability, and compliance with BCP.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain Server & Network systems and core IT services including CCTV, Security Door, PBX, PA, Backup Systems, and network/security devices (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).
