IT Supervisor (System Administrator)

Panasonic Appliances Vietnam (PAPVN) is looking for 01 member to join the IT (Infrastructure) Team.
This position is based in Hanoi, with occasional travel to TL2 Factory in Hung Yen when needed (around once a month).
Main tasks as follows:
- Troubleshoot and support business users, primarily at TL1.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Manage IT infrastructure at TL1 Factory (Hanoi) and provide support for TL2 Factory (Hung Yen).
- Oversee the factory network to ensure security and BCP compliance.
- Lead and participate in IT infrastructure projects at TL1 & TL2, with focus on TL1.
- Maintain and operate Server, Network, and IT services (CCTV, Security Door, PBX, PA, Backup Systems, Cisco, Fortinet, PaloAlto, etc.).
- Collaborate on the implementation of Cloud Server solutions and Smart Factory initiatives.
