IT Supervisor

Propose and plan for hardware upgrades/replacements aligned with the company’s growth needs.
Provide technical support to end- users for network- related issues; Assist in the setup and configuration of user devices connected to the network.
System Administration: Manage Active Directory / GPO / CA, virtualization/physical and enterprise applications.
Monitoring and evaluating system performance and making recommendations for upgrades.
Install and support network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancer, access point and other networking equipment.
Ensure the ERP system is running smoothly, play the role to bridge between users’ requirement and vendor’s design using both technical and domain knowledge.
Backup & Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
Maintaining and troubleshooting PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment (mice, keyboards, monitors, etc.).
Manage the planning and implementation of information systems security, anti- virus / anti- malware, and data protection software to guarantee the smooth running of all IT systems.
CCTV System: Install, configure, and maintain servers.
Design, set up, and configure local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), Virtual Private Network (VPN) and other network segments.

Age: From 27 years old
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
Experience:

At least 5 years of working experience on IT Infrastructure/ IT System Administrator or equivalent position.
Experience in deploying, installing, configuring switch, router, firewall
Experience in ERP, Windows servers, Linux (Centos, Ubuntu, Debian, ...), VMWare vSphere/vCenter, Hyper- V, Veeam, Active Directory, Internet Information Server (IIS), Routing Remote Access, SQL server, MySQL server, Microsoft Office 365, CWP, pfsense, …

Soft skills:

Preferred certifications (CCNA, CCNP, MCSA ...)
Fluency in English
Have good communication skills
Good Technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Mon – Fri & alternative Sat
Working Location:
Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Binh Thang Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province
(18km from Sai Gon bridge, 9km from Thu Duc intersection, 2km from Dong Nai bridge, 5km from National Highway 1K. The Office and Factory are located in a single location.)
