To make computer and network in secure condition with update software and hardware.
To deliver day to day guidance to users for EMS functional queries and problems.
To solve Networking problems.
To maintain server and client operating system.
To understand and solve computer hardware, operating system problems.
To maintain 100% availability for consumable ex: ink cartridges, toner, blank CD and DVD etc.
To control the disposal wastages in the department
To Prepare MIS report.
To maintain 5S in working area.
To maintain mail server administration.
To maintain computer and network security.
To Deal with suppliers for getting quotations and prepare comparisons.
To follow the OCPs related to department
To Provide and timely update all documentation for IT infrastructure,
To provide complete backup for all users and application data
To prepare and maintain user documentation for all EMS functional modules.
To take backup for ERP data, User Data and other applications data.
To update information about new information Technology (IT) trend
To provide timely preventive maintenance to all Information Technology (IT) infrastructure.
To Report internet connectivity problems to ISP and get it solved.
To maintain all IT infrastructure with zero down time.

AUTHORITIES :

Recommend new ideas for enhancing network infrastructure performance.

Recommend IT equipment those need replacement.

Recommend new hardware requirement.

Restrict users, those not following IT Policy.

BASIS OF ASSESSING PERORMANCE (KEY RESULT OF NCRS / SCORE)

Help desk to end user for software and hardware problem.

Availability of IT consumable.

Daily backup for ERP data, User data and other application.

Check for mail server log.

Trouble shoot and solve problem for all IT infrastructure.

Daily check for upkeep working of all IT infrastructures.

Daily software updating to all IT infrastructures for make it secure.

MINIMUM DESIRED PERSON SPECIFICATION

- Training: Server and client operating system, Mail server

- Skill: Supervisory Skill, Leadership, Strong interpersonal skill,

- Good communication skills. Proactive and organized and personality

- Qualification: Diploma in Information Technology

- Age: 28- 32 years

Experience:

- At least 3- 5 years relevant

- Experience of LAN, WAN, MANS
- Experience in IT infrastructure Support.
- Experience of Mail server administrator.
