IT Specialist

• Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for Office 365 services, configurations, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify and optimize processes related to Office 365 administration and support. Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide advanced technical support for Office 365 services, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of initiatives to build and expand our organization&039;s Office 365 capabilities, including best practices, governance.
• Ensure documentation is up- to- date and easily accessible to team members.
Build and manage a knowledge base containing articles, FAQs, and user guides to facilitate self- service support and user training. Ensure knowledge base content is accurate and relevant.

• Microsoft Certification E.g: MCSA, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MDAA), etc
• Fluent English
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills & Experience
• Providing ongoing support for Microsoft Office 365 as needed.
• Knowledge of PowerShell for Office 365 technologies.
• You are an experience with all things Microsoft – Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server, Exchange, SCCM, Sharepoint, Teams etc.
• The ability to identify and resolve issues, optimize processes, and troubleshoot technical problems related to Office 365 is essential.
• Assisted with the deployment of Office 365.
