Support (guide, troubleshoot, report, etc.) users on daily task
Office equipment operation (Printer, scanner, etc.)
PC operation (Software, hardware).
Support deployment and maintenance IT resource to users that includes the following:
IT equipment (PC, laptop, etc.).
Software.
Office equipment,
Network equipment.
Telecommunication.
Make user guides, system documents and IT policy.
IT resources allocation and access management:
Handle User access request to our systems by communicating through task.
Communicate tasks and IT user issues to IT service team.
Handle and close helpdesk tasks and tickets.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: College/ Bachelor degree with IT major
Professional knowledge of:
Basic operate and troubleshoot IT equipment (Office and network) knowledge.
CCNA or MCSA is an advantage.
Good Windows system infrastructure knowledge.
Experience: Have at least 2 year in user supporting (Help Desk) or other fields related to communicate direct to end- users.
Foreign languages: Effective English is a must
Fluent in speaking and listening skill.
Good in reading and writing skill.
Others:
Suitable characters: amiable, discipline, assiduous, self- motivated and work- smart.
Able to be on- call and work off- hours when needed
