IT Senior Project Manager

Participate in client visit preparation and hosting as well as pre- sales activities such as requirement gathering, estimation, and planning
Manage project budget via quotation and monthly timesheet
Approve leave requests and participate in performance evaluations (quarterly & annual)
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors
Co- ordinate with the Technical Architect on project technical matters
Manage end- to- end software projects: planning, budgeting, resourcing, risk control, and quality assurance.
Prepare and deliver reports (weekly, monthly, ad- hoc) on team activities and project status
Engage in internal workshops or soft skill training as required
Co- ordinate with other project parties such as clients, QA, QC, etc. to make sure that the projects meet clients’ requirements & satisfaction
Build a cohesive, communicative team and foster collaboration
Co- ordinate with the Resource manager, sales, onshore and client for resource staffing requests
Co- ordinate with the IT/Admin department for infrastructure setup if requested: network connectivity, office space, etc
Co- ordinate QA team to define and tailor software development processes, train the team, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & CMM standards

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong interpersonal & leadership skills/ people development/ people motivation
Experience with Jira (or similar) and reporting tools
Good English, both in writing and speaking
Strong knowledge and experience in both traditional project management principles and practices with an Agile development approach in the right proportions to fit each project level
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Software project management
Proven experience in project estimation, budget control, people management and risk management
Ability to provide constructive, timely feedback to delivery team members and negotiate priorities and timelines with stakeholders

High level of understanding of development techniques and technological trends
Experience in leading project teams larger than 10 people
Commitment to professional excellence, as well as personal and professional growth
Project management certification (PMP, CSM…)
Good technical background

Flexible and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Probation salary is 100% of official salary
