IT Senior Business Analyst

Provide insights and recommendations to improve business operations and support strategic goals.
Assist in project management activities, such as tracking progress, managing timelines, and communicating updates;
Gather, document, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement;
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, business cases, and project plans;
Develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications;
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives;
Participate in the testing and validation of new systems, processes, and solutions;

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Solid understanding of business analysis frameworks, requirement gathering techniques, and solution design processes;
Fast learner with a growth mindset and adaptability in dynamic project environments;
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC);
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present and explain complex concepts to both technical and non- technical stakeholders;
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in client- facing or consulting environments;
Resilient under pressure and deadline- driven.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Proven ability to engage with clients to understand business needs, elicit requirements, and consult on optimal solutions;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business documentation tools;
Strong analytical thinking and problem- solving capabilities with a solution- oriented mindset;
Detail- oriented with strong time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field;
Self- driven, well- organized, and able to manage multiple priorities;

PREFERRED SKILLS:

Hands- on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);
Working knowledge of SQL and database management;
Familiarity with project and task management platforms such as JIRA, Trello, or Confluence.

IT Certificate allowance as regulated;
