IT Project Manager

SCOPE OF WORK
Manage end- to- end software development projects from initiation through delivery and post- implementation support. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Apply Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Track upgrade risks, dependencies, and post- implementation validation
Ensure software quality, testing, and release governance
Manage vendors and third- party software deliverables
Continuously improving SDLC and delivery processes
Integrate Secure SDLC practices across all phases
Ensure compliance with OWASP, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2 standards
Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and resources
Resolve issues and escalate critical risks proactively
Manage application version upgrades and compatibility testing
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and security risks
Monitor KPIs: delivery, quality, and security metrics
Support IT HOD in overall project tracking and deliverables
Ensure minimal disruption during upgrade cycles
Drive DevSecOps adoption and automation practices
Coordinate downtime, releases, and rollback strategies
Track and remediate vulnerabilities (SAST, DAST, SCA)
Facilitate sprint planning, stand- ups, and review sessions
Lead end- to- end delivery of software development projects
Oversee threat modeling, secure design, and code reviews
Maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports
Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
Coordinate with engineering, QA, security, and DevOps teams
Manage stakeholders and communicate project progress
Plan and execute enterprise system upgrades and patches
Lead cross- functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
Drive Agile/Scrum/Waterfall project execution

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Project Management or Software Delivery
Experience with project management tools and executive stakeholder engagement
Strong understanding of application security fundamentals
PMP or similar certifications
Proven experience managing software development projects (web, mobile, or enterprise systems)
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, Secure SDLC, and DevSecOps practices
