Requirement gathering and analysis, ROI based evaluation, taking part in process digitalization.
Support the implementation of value add propositions ensuring business case targets are delivered
Analyze client&039;s specific needs/requests to determine the underlying problems and recommend appropriate solutions
Business Process re- engineering
Understand banking industry and business benefit, impact and value of project to clients
Communicate effectivelly with business users and development teams. Collection and analysis of business and regulatory requirements

Ability of technology analyzing and researching
Knowledge about software and technology solutions applied in Banking/ Finance field
Ability of organizing, leadership, communication, critical thinking and problem solving.
2 year- of- experience in Banking/ Finance industry, especially in Credit and Card function
Skill of negotiating, presenting and training
Deep understanding in Agile/ Scrum
Knowledge in banking, economy, IT and business process
Knowledge about popular platforms and tools as Microsoft SQL Server, AWS…
