IT/OT Engineer - Từ 3 Năm Kinh Nghiệm - Tại Đồng Nai

IT/OT System Management.
Workplace Support:
• Support of configuration/installation/ maintenance /troubleshooting including hardware & software for PC, laptops, servers, printers, photocopiers, DCS work stations, CCTV, Access Control devices, LAN&WAN networking devices, others to ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
• Improve the company&039;s IT/OT structure and systems to align with company- wide goals.
• Renew license of application: Autodesk, MacAfee, others....
• Manage the lifecycle of all IT/OT equipment.
• Work with local IT/OT vendors to fix hardware/software issue on all IT/OT equipment.
• Support for OS installation and reconfigurations for new/current (PC, laptops, work stations).
• Coordinate with GLAS Team to ensure that all application (PEPI, OCS, ME2...) are in good working order.
• Google & Okta support (raise request to GLAS team to create new google account for new joiner, mover and suspend account for leaver)
Network/Server Support:
• Support of troubleshooting & repair for network connectivity issues;
• Creation and maintenance of Active Directory, Shared Folder structure and backups or restores.
• Monitor, maintain and manage all IT/OT servers to keep them running properly
• Ensure connectivity is stable;
• Coordinate with Global/BU IT team for configuration and management of existing and new network equipment, new and existing servers.
• Administrative windows AD server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Storage, Print Service, deploy group policy, assign and monitor user’s permission.
Information & Data Security
• Ensure that access permission to IT/OT equipment be controlled properly.
• Ensure that backup data or other are safely stored off- site in a timely manner, such as bank safes, etc
• Manage the IT/OT system compliance with corporate information security policies and framework.
• Ensure that all servers & clients, OT work satations are protected by the latest anti- virus software update and windows update.
• Coordinate with Global Security team to fix any related security issues
• Ensure that the server&039;s files and data of IT/OT system are successfully backed up
Corporate Governance and Project Management
• IT/OT CAPEX, OPEX yearly budgeting, planning and executing.
• Provide consultancy for new and existing policies and guidelines
• Undertake project management and regional initiatives
• Support Global IT and BU IT execute Capex project every year.
• Plan and propose implementation need and requirements
• Conduct briefings and training for staff where necessary
SHEQ
• Understand proper emergency response planning and adapt site safety systems
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards/regulations/VF;
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and hygienic
• Ensure all IT/OT works are performed in accordance with SHEQ requirements
Teamwork
• Members of the accident response team handle emergencies relating to IT/OT system in a timely manner;
• Actively assist maintenance team to perform the planning, scheduling, closing maintenance works on CMMS and simple inspections at field.
Others
• Perform other duties assigned by his/her manager.
• Support MTN Engineer to plan/schedule/close all work orders on ME2 system.

- Education: Bachelor&039;s degree or above in related major (IT background)
- Languages: Fluent in spoken and written English
- Computer: Ability to use computer and knowledge of relevant software
- Experience: 3- 5 years related experience in IT/OT area
- Technical ability: Qualification in Computer Technology and Software

⦁ Chế độ tăng lương: Tăng lương hàng năm
⦁ Thưởng cố định: Lương tháng 13
⦁ Thưởng: Theo kết quả kinh doanh của Công ty
⦁ Lương: Thỏa thuận.
⦁ Thưởng linh động:
⦁ Thưởng khuyến khích hàng quý: Tối đa 01 triệu đồng.
⦁ Thưởng cuối năm: Tối đa 3 tháng lương, tùy thuộc vào kết quả làm việc cá nhân và kết quả kinh doanh của công ty.
Các khoản phụ cấp:
⦁ Phụ cấp độc hại: 500.000 VNĐ
⦁ Phụ cấp ăn trưa, phụ cấp ngày lễ, tết ( lì xì, bốc thăm trúng thưởng...)
⦁ Phụ cấp đi lại: 300.000 VNĐ, ngoài ra khi được yêu cầu đi làm vào ca nghỉ sẽ được hỗ trợ thêm chi phí xăng xe.
⦁ Phụ cấp chi phí sinh hoạt: 500.000 VNĐ
⦁ Bảo hiểm:
⦁ Được đào tạo và làm việc trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp.
⦁ 8:00 – 16:30, từ Thứ Hai đến Thứ Bảy (nghỉ 2 Thứ Bảy mỗi tháng)
⦁ Mua bảo hiểm sức khỏe và tai nạn của Bảo Minh cho nhân viên chính thức.
⦁ Phép năm: 14 ngày. Sau 5 năm sẽ được tăng thêm 01 ngày phép.
⦁ Tham gia BHXH, BHYT, BHTN đầy đủ
⦁ Khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm tại các cơ sở y tế uy tín, chất lượng.
(Có thể yêu cầu làm thêm giờ do khối lượng công việc tại hiện trường)
