IT Operations Engineer

Perform vendor management
Develop operational solutions and assist in the development and maintenance of operational standards and procedures
Provide technical support, troubleshooting and resolving network and system operational problems
Perform non office hour support if required
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Maintain safe and healthy working environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures based in corporate IT policy

3+ years’ experience in IT Operations
Candidate with more experience will be considered for a senior role
Good communication skill and good command of written, spoken English
Basic understanding of database and Cloud technologies
Experience in supporting Microsoft office, Active Directory, O365, Office LAN/Wan network, Phone system
Willing to work flexible working hours
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Engineering/Computer Science or related
Experience on vendor management
Self- motivated and strong sense of responsibilities
Hands on and working knowledge of scripting technologies
Hands- on experience in managing IT production systems
