Identifies I.T. needs to improve efficiency in hotel operations.
Identifies training needs in different aspect of I.T.
Sets up, installs, configures, and maintains computer located at Angsana Quan Lan
Ensure anti virus program and data are up- to- date and running properly on all computers.
Monthly basis maintenance for all personal computer and printer.
Manages network and individual printers; assigns printers for users; manages printer maintenance and get an outside assistance if necessary
Installs and troubleshoots PC operating system and office applications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook.
