IT Officer

Job description:
We continue to experience huge business growth, and we are looking for experienced IT Officer who will be able to perform main tasks as below:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Maintain IT inventory records and documentation for all equipment and software.
- Diagnose and resolve computer system and network problems promptly to minimize downtime.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assist with server, workstation, and network device configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide the technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network- related issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance, including backups, updates, and security patches.
- Support the implementation of new IT projects and system upgrades.
Job requirements:
- Experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure, network routing and Internet connection technologies.
- Ability to analyze problems and troubleshoot.
- Computer Science, Engineering, Network and/or related field graduates.
- 4~7 years of experience in a relevant position.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows systems (Linux is a plus).
- Ability to work in a flexible hours when required.
- Good understanding of data security concepts and especially data confidentiality.
- Ability to follow procedures and report on activity.
