Our System/ Network team has responsibilities to ensure the operation of Bouygues Construction Group’s system. By this position, you will perform as technical expert in monitoring and solving incidents in network/ system. Besides, you will be the contact point between our team and other teams in France and Morocco.
Your key responsibilities:
Supervision/Monitoring Infrastructure:
Manage all incidents: Analyze, evaluate, and escalate issues according to incident management process.
Follow up procedures and propose improvements if needed.
Active supervision of the infrastructure and network of the company
Conduct preventive measures for applications, backups, systems, …
Coordinate and support for IT Systems Manager:
Build team capabilities to provide critical thinking.
Ensure all assigned tasks are professionally undertaken and quality of Monitoring deliverable
Build services relationship with other entities of the groups and contribute to reach KPI for product line.
Manage critical incidents, associated to user communication, activities, and any appropriate escalations according to predefined process.
Manage and coach team members.
Follow up the direction of manager about the company’s strategic, development, and future growth for Supervision team.
Review reports, service improvements, service quality, document quality and processes.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Mandatory:
Experience in Microsoft System solution.
2+ years working experience on related job.
Strong background on System/Network/Monitoring.
Advanced French and English is required.
Highly desirable:
DR, load balancing, clustering.
Backup and storage solutions.
