Team Leadership & KPI Management

Lead and manage the IT team, track and achieve KPIs

IT Operations & Service Reliability

Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure, services, and processes.
Oversee backup operations, periodic data restoration tests, and planned failover drills.
Ensure uptime, availability, and performance of critical services across distributed datacenters.

IT Projects: Planning & Execution

Ensure project delivery on time, within scope and budget.
Plan, drive, and execute IT infrastructure and operations projects
Lead cross- functional initiatives involving Dev, QA, Security, and Product teams.

Support for Dev & QA Teams

Install, configure, and troubleshoot development and QA environments
Investigate and evaluate new platforms, tools, and systems to support development and testing efforts.
Provide timely technical support for Dev and QA teams

System Management & Troubleshooting

Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and configuration management tools
Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Proactively identify and resolve system issues

Security & Compliance

Enforce access controls, patch management, and endpoint protection.
Support compliance audits by maintaining logs, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain IT security policies.

You properly are a potential candidate for this position, if you have:

Experience leading and managing large IT projects
Expertise with managing physical, virtual, and cloud infrastructures
2+ years of experience working in mid- sized private sector companies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7+ years of experience in IT management
English level: Fluent or Advanced
