Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Trường phòng công nghệ thông tin/ IT manager có kinh nghiệm để giám sát quá trình khởi động và triển khai hệ thống CNTT, đồng thời định hướng chiến lược công nghệ nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động kinh doanh.
Tổng quan vị trí
Chúng tôi cần tuyển một Trưởng phòng CNTT năng động, có kỹ năng chuyên môn cao và tinh thần trách nhiệm. Ứng viên lý tưởng sẽ có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong việc quản lý các chức năng CNTT trong môi trường sản xuất và bán sỉ. Vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện về cơ sở hạ tầng công nghệ của công ty, bao gồm phần cứng, phần mềm, an ninh mạng, các phần mềm ERP và quản lý dự án. Đây là vị trí sẽ cần làm việc trực tiếp (hands- on role).
Nhiệm vụ chính:
Lãnh đạo công nghệ:
• Chuẩn bị các tài liệu kỹ thuật và nghiệp vụ chất lượng cao.
• Đảm bảo hoạt động hiệu quả của toàn bộ hệ thống CNTT và quy trình vận hành.
• Tham gia thiết kế kiến trúc hệ thống và ứng dụng dựa trên yếu tố chi phí, chức năng và tính khả thi.
• Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lực công nghệ phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh tổng thể của công ty.
• Có hiểu biết về các phần mềm ERP, duy trì tích hợp và các tùy chỉnh cần thiết.
Quản lý hạ tầng:
• Giám sát việc thiết kế, triển khai và bảo trì hạ tầng CNTT của công ty, bao gồm cả hệ thống ERP.
• Quản lý việc mua sắm phần cứng, phần mềm, đảm bảo tính hiệu quả chi phí và phù hợp với nhu cầu kinh doanh.
• Phối hợp cùng ban lãnh đạo cấp cao để đưa ra định hướng và giải pháp CNTT có lợi về mặt thương mai.
An ninh mạng:
• Triển khai và duy trì các biện pháp mạng mạnh mẽ để bảo vệ dữ liệu và hệ thống của công ty.
• Xây dựng và thực thi các chính sách, quy trình bảo mật nhằm bảo vệ thông tin nhạy cảm.
Bảo trì và nâng cấp hệ thống:
• Xử lý và khắc phục sự cố CNTT kịp thời, giảm thiểu thời gian gián đoạn và tránh lặp lại lỗi.
• Phối hợp thực hiện các bản cập nhật, vá lỗi và nâng cấp định kỳ để đảm bảo hiệu suất và tính bảo mật tối ưu.
Quản lý nhà cung cấp:
• Đánh giá và quản lý mối quan hệ với các nhà cung cấp công nghệ, dịch vụ bên ngoài.
• Đàm phán hợp đồng nhằm đảm bảo dịch vụ đáng tin cậy và chi phí hợp lý.
Quản lý dữ liệu:
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy trình và tiêu chuẩn bảo vệ dữ liệu.
• Giám sát quy trình sao lưu và khôi phục dữ liệu để bảo vệ thông tin kinh doanh quan trọng.

Oc Vit Bao Chung (“OVBC”) is a new manufacturing venture for a large Australian company. We are seeking an experienced IT Manager oversea the startup and deployment our IT systems drive the strategic use of technology to enhance our business operations.
Position Overview
We are looking for a hand’s on highly skilled and motivated IT Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing IT functions within a wholesale and manufacturing environment. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company&039;s technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, cyber security, ERP applications and project management. This is a hands- on role.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership:
• Develop and implement the company&039;s technology strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
• Ensure efficient and effective operation of all IT systems and business operations.
• Participating in the design of system and application architectures on the basis of cost, functionality and practicality.
• Preparing high- quality business and technical documentation.
• Understanding of ERP systems and maintaining integrations and relevant customisations.
Infrastructure Management:
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company&039;s IT infrastructure including ERP systems.
• Manage hardware and software procurement, ensuring cost- effectiveness and compatibility with business needs.
• Working with senior executive team members to provide guidance and solutions relating to IT tasks which are commercially favourable.
Network Security:
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company&039;s data and systems.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
System Maintenance and Upgrades:
• Coordinate regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and repeat occurrences
Vendor Management:
• Evaluate and manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost- effective and reliable services.
Data Management:
• Oversee data backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical business information.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards.
