IT Manager (Logistics & Freight Forwarding)

*Position Summary
You will bridge the gap between global IT standards and local logistics requirements, ensuring 24/7 reliability for our freight forwarding and supply chain activities.
We are seeking a strategic and operational IT Manager to lead the digital infrastructure of our Vietnam operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless performance of mission- critical systems, including CargoWise One (CW1), eAWB, eManifest, EDI connections, warehouse systems (WMS), tracking platforms, and other logistics applications.
*Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations Tech : Oversee EDI/API integrations with global carriers and customs gateways (VNACCS/VCIS) to ensure zero delays in cargo clearance
System Ownership: Manage and optimize CargoWise One (CW1) and specialized logistics applications WMS, FAST, ECUSS, Website, Microsoft 365 and accounting modules.

Security & Compliance: Maintain reliable and secure IT infrastructure and network stability (WMS scanning, handheld devices, and RFID systems, firewalls, VPN, antivirus, and cybersecurity controls) across all branches, warehouses, and offices.
Digital Transformation: Lead the implementation of AI- driven tools for automated document processing (OCR) and IoT for real- time fleet telematics.

Support Digital Marketing
: Deploy, operate, and maintain tools and software for digital marketing activities (Website, Youtube, Zalo OA, CRM, email marketing, automation tools, analytics tools, social media management tools, etc.).

Coordinate with Marketing team: Implement and maintain tracking and analytics (Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, pixels), ensuring data accuracy security and report on performance, platform/algorithm trends, risk alert, and improvement suggestions for Marketing team to enhance CMS performance, technical SEO.
Other task related IT function.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a management position within Logistics, 3PL, or Freight Forwarding.

Hands- on experience with SAP, CargoWise, or similar ERP/FMS platforms is highly preferred
Working knowledge of SQL, system configurations, or automation tools is an advantage.

· Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of networking, SQL, EDIFACT protocols, and cybersecurity frameworks.
· Languages: Native fluency in Vietnamese; Business- level English (TOEIC >720 or equivalent) for reporting to regional headquarters.
