IT Manager

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and providing appropriate training for IT support staff.
• Training and consultation, and recommendations about future planning and development of resources.
• Maintain the integrity and continual operation of the IT network including the wireless networks. Work with Managers and above levels in Handwritten Collection & ibis
• Support for other sites, IT consultant for all properties in Handwritten Collection & ibis
• Provide leadership, vision, and management to the IT department
• Provide day- to- day supervision, conduct performance appraisals, and delegate work and daily support task assignments for all IT personnel.
• Responsible for installing and maintaining Hotel & Resort Information & technology system.
• Design and Build Software & Hardware & Network system.
• Develop, review, and certify all back- up and disaster recovery procedures and plans.
• Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.

Three years similar experience
