* JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the coordination and verification of the respective key users
Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT infrastructure and software development initiatives to ensure alignment with the company&039;s strategic goals.
Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems to safeguard company information and assets.
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, setting clear job expectations, and conducting performance appraisals.
Identify problematic areas and implement timely strategic solutions to address them.
Test and training of the developed system solutions
Oversee server systems, and manage SQL, SAP, and MES services to maintain seamless and efficient operations.
Align IT activities with user needs and system functionality to support organizational policies and objectives.
Preserve company assets, information security, and control structures to minimize risks and liabilities.
Audit IT systems and assess their outcomes to ensure optimal performance and security.
Responsible for master data processing and maintenance in SAP
Design, develop, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures to maintain a well- organized and efficient IT environment.
Central point of contact for all SAP matters (support of key users and contact persons for all departments)
Manage project progress by creating and organizing plans, allocating resources, and guiding the IT team in developing new solutions to meet the company&039;s requirements.
Manage the annual IT budget and ensure cost- effectiveness in resource allocation and spending.

Ability to plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.
Experience managing software and hardware teams, as well as building IT teams in a production environment.
Good English communication skills.
Proficiency in SAP, MES, WMS, CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, Windows Server, Linux, Domain, Security+, Server, MS SQL Database, backup/restore, antivirus, MS systems, ISO27001, WAN, LAN, cameras, and VMWare.
Capability to guide and develop the IT team and advise the Board of Directors on IT solutions.
Proactive in searching for and updating new technologies, as well as collaborating with vendors to solve IT problems.
Ability to manage IT staff by recruiting, training, coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
Ability to work under pressure, hardworking, honest, positive mindset, and effective personnel management skills.
Strong systematic thinking and analytical skills.
Experience handling annual budgets and ensuring cost- effectiveness.
5- 7 years of experience in a similar position or related field.
Knowledge of process management, thread and concurrency, socket, I/O management, virtualization, memory storage, and file systems.
Responsibility and cooperation with internal/external operations to ensure the IT system runs smoothly.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
Having IoT experience is an advantage.
Skills in designing, developing, implementing, and coordinating systems, policies, and procedures.
Ability to manage and assign IT tasks to staff, operate IT systems, and support users as required.
Experience with firewalls, DNS, HTTP, FTP, SSL, and other security- related issues.
