PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:
Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking a IT Manager is responsible for leading IT infrastructure, ERP/MES system management, cybersecurity, automation solutions, and digital transformation initiatives within the factory. This role ensures system stability, data integrity, and IT service availability to support production, quality, planning, and business operations efficiently.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
IT Infrastructure & System Administration
Ensure high uptime for IT systems supporting production & office operations.
Manage and maintain factory- wide network, servers, data center, Wi- Fi, firewall, backup systems.
Oversee hardware & software lifecycle: configuration, license management, upgrades.
ERP/MES/MRP System Management
Ensure data accuracy and transactional discipline across departments
Own and support ERP (SAP/Oracle/D365 or equivalent) and MES for production operations.
Coordinate with vendors for customization, integration and enhancement requests.
Lead system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support for all functions.
Industry 4.0 Digital Transformation
Plan and execute automation & digital roadmap for the factory.
Implement dashboards for real- time productivity, WIP, OEE, yield, quality performance.
Drive integration among SMT machines, AOI, ICT, MES, ERP and quality monitoring tools.
Cybersecurity & IT Compliance
Conduct periodic network security audits and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with corporate IT policy, data privacy and backup policy.
Establish security controls, firewall rules, system access authorization.
Cross- functional Support
Partner with Operations, Quality, Planning, Finance to optimize system- driven workflow.
Manage IT helpdesk team to provide timely support and service resolution.
Provide IT training and system knowledge to end users.
Vendor & Budget Management
Evaluate investment for automation, licensing, and future upgrades.
Prepare and control annual IT budget (hardware/software/renewal).
Manage IT projects, vendor contracts and SLA performance.
Leadership & People Development
Build IT capability, succession plan, performance goals & training roadmap.
Lead IT Engineers, System Admins, Infrastructure Support team.
Foster proactive, customer- service mindset and continuous improvement culture
