IT Infra Intern - TTS Hạ Tầng CNTT [Bosch HcP]

Support it inventory management. including 5s/ safety tracking, ensure inventory data quality, stock management.
Support hw & sw preventive maintenance for it infra front- end
Support service desk for it infra front- end (it accessories & small equipment, printing service, barcode scanners, communication tv, etc.): act as 1st layer of contact for service request fulfillment, incident management.
Support documentation:
Support on it user guide, work instructions, manuals, knowledge articles
Support on raw data preparation & data presentation for ico operational reports

Training is provided for all assigned tasks. Basic IT client hardware knowledge is nice to have.
Well- organizing, Integrity, Responsibility, Discipline
Average English communication & writing skill.
3rd or 4th year students with IT, Engineering background or any related, can commit to a full- time 6- month internship.
Good at Microsoft Office Excel & PowerPoint.
