IT Helpdesk

System & Network Support: Assist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of internal systems, office networks (LAN, Wi- Fi), and basic server- related tasks.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle the IT aspects of employee onboarding (account setup, equipment provisioning) and offboarding (asset retrieval, account deactivation).
Provide End- User Support: Act as the primary technical support for all employees, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connections via tickets, walk- ins, phone calls, and chat.
IT Asset Management: Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of laptops, desktops, monitors, and other peripherals.

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware components.
Proficiency in troubleshooting issues on both Windows and macOS operating systems.
Strong working knowledge of common business software, including MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Experience:

Over 1 year of hands- on experience in a corporate IT help desk or end- user support role is preferred.
(For new graduates) A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or relevant certifications are a plus.

A proactive and positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and a commitment to teamwork.
Can speak English (Availity to work)
Proven problem- solving skills and the ability to work independently to resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to assist users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
