User Support
• Support user accounts (Active Directory, email, access rights management, etc.).
• Install and configure PCs, laptops, and approved software.
• Receive and handle IT support requests (computers, email, software, internal network, printers, etc.).
• Guide users on how to use internal systems and software.
System & Equipment Management
• Monitor the operational status of servers, LAN/WiFi networks, CCTV systems, access control systems, and office air- conditioning systems.
• Perform and monitor periodic data backups.
• Manage IT assets (PCs, laptops, monitors, network devices, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors in case of incidents or technical issues.
Security & Compliance
• Comply with the company’s data security policies.
• Control software installation in accordance with company regulations.
• Report and record information security incidents.
• Support device inspection when required (in accordance with company policy).
Reporting & Improvement
• Propose system improvements when necessary.
• Report critical incidents to management.
• Submit weekly reports to the direct supervisor.
• Log support tickets and update processing status.
ISMS & Audit Support (ISO 27001:2022 / TISAX)
• Support remediation actions related to audit findings under supervision.
• Maintain IT- related records such as asset inventory, access control lists, backup logs, and incident records.
• Assist in preparing documents and evidence for internal and external audits (ISO 27001:2022, TISAX) as assigned.
• Support the implementation and daily operation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Participate in security awareness activities and internal compliance checks when required.
• Ensure IT activities comply with company information security policies and procedures.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Basic knowledge of servers (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365; Jira is an advantage).
• Troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Willing to work flexibly at two office locations (Van Phuc Urban Area and Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone,
• Good communication and user support skills.

• At least 1 year of experience in IT support/helpdesk (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
