IT Business Analyst

- Review business requirements and deliver detailed requirement analyses in accurate and timely manner. Highlight any requirement conflict and propose optimal solution to client.
- Attend project meeting with Business Users for requirement gathering (note: travelling might be required).
- Work closely with various teams to ensure proper understanding of the business requirements so that feature can be delivered on time.
- Assist in software quality assurance and testing in all testing environments as well as the Production environment.
- Liaise actively with Business Users for any requirement clarification, issue highlight as well as project discussion.
- Deliver document write- up such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Specification Document, User Guide, Feature Study and other document that might be required.
- Work closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of Stakeholders to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Provide mentoring/training where necessary.

- Negotiation
- Degree in IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience working with, and presenting to, senior executives
- At least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst (BA).
- Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
- Good English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive- level management
- Strong financial modeling experience
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
- Critical thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
- Good team spirit
- Possess hands- on experience in handling business requirements directly with Business Users.
- Business Analysis (SWOT, Fish- bone, etc.)
- Business ethical mindset
- Good at Microsoft Office applications
- Time management
