IT Business Analyst - SAP FICO ModulesUrgent job Wilmar Clv

The major roles & responsibilities include:
• Effectively communicate with IT development teams, vendors, and business users to deliver functional requirements like GUI designs, and system testing and possibly perform SIT if needed.
• Studying business functions; gathering, and understanding business process requirements according to company standards.
• Others task is assigned by Manager.
• Assist business users in training, acceptance testing, preparation, and support for going live
• Perform the role of Quality Assurance when the system is ready.
• Recommend potential solutions for the specified business requirements. Determine system change requirements and impact. Take part in designing stages and implementing projects.
• Act as an interface between business units, technology, and support teams.
• Analyze and clarify requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams to automate or improve existing systems/procedures.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Good in using Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Draw.io or related)
• Having experience in working with ERP systems related to Accounting modules (including but not limited to), Fox example: Account Receivable, Account Payable etc.
• Basic fundamental knowledge about the SAP system of the FICO module is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance
• Good communication skills in English
• Having experience in support implement ERP systems.

• Laptop requirement because often business travel to other companies in Wilmar group for presentation, training, support
