IT Business Analyst

Solutions (10%):
● Analyze the business and market requirements and internal related departments requirements such as RnD, Growth, CDX and Operations.
Execution (60%):
● Perform self- review to quality the outcome yourself.
● Produce technical requirements includes ERD, Use- case Diagram, Site- map, Process Flow and Description, UX/UI.
Quality (20%):
● Conduct cross- review the outcome of team members to provide independent and transparent quality point of view as well as assure trustable quality on the outcome of the team.
● Conduct integration testing manually for the feature/function/module which is developed by other team members to provide independent and transparent quality point of view as well as assure trustable quality on the shippable software.
Improvement (10%):
● Conduct retrospective to produce lesson learnt as well as improvement actions plan.
● Conduct demonstrations for the stakeholders to satisfy the expectations of stakeholders as well as gathering new opportunities for improvement.
● Self- learning plan to improve yourself in relevant skills and technical.

● Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, Figma, Viso or similar diagram tools.
● Confident, energetic, hardworking.
● Good communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to communicate in English. TOEIC 650 or higher.
● Knowledge of business analytics, requirement specification and/or User Story writing.
● End- user support experience is a plus.
● Education: Bachelor of Computer Science or Programming or similar certification.
● Knowledge of cloud applications such as PaaS and SaaS.
● Gender: Female.
● Knowledge of software testing and quality control is a plus.
● Open and ready to change mindset.
● Knowledge in Agile Scrum working model.
● Age: 22- 28

Working conditions
● Working hours: Hybrid 50- 50 model which 50% is remotely working and 50% is onsite working. Working hours will no more than 48h/week follows Vietnam labor regulation.
Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00. Onsite working.
Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 12:00 onsite working. 18:00 – 22:00 Remote working.
