IT Business Analyst English

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be the vital link between our customers and internal teams. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their requirements, run workshops, lead user training, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Internally, you&039;ll contribute to shaping product features, streamlining business processes, and helping us deliver maximum value through SimpleMDG.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:

Conduct user training and onboarding sessions.
Lead requirement- gathering sessions and discovery workshops with customers.
Analyze customer pain points and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Support UAT planning, coordination, and issue resolution.
Act as a key point of contact for customers during implementation phases.

Product & Delivery Support:

Collaborate with QA to ensure test coverage aligns with business expectations.
Act as advanced support agent to support Customer Support team to resolve escalated technical issues.
Write and maintain functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Identify areas of improvement in product usability and recommend enhancements based on customer feedback.
Work closely with the Product Development Team to clarify requirements and prioritize enhancements.

Internal Process Improvement:

Contribute to improving delivery templates, documentation standards, and knowledge sharing.
Help design and optimize internal business processes related to project delivery and support.
Support internal initiatives for better cross- functional collaboration.

The ability to work in the evening or early morning based on the project
Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a plus, but your eagerness to learn and adapt is paramount.
2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Functional Consultant, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment. In the absence of years of experience, certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level.
Exceptional analytical and problem- solving skills will allow you to dissect complex customer needs and translate them into actionable roadmaps for successful product development.
Experience with user story creation is highly desirable, allowing you to translate customer needs into actionable steps for the development team.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders through clear communication, data- driven insights, and persuasive presentations.
Bachelor&039;s Degree in business administration, information technology, or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for conveying complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Fluency in English is a must, with fluency in Japanese or German a valuable asset.
