IT Business Analyst and Consultant - PP/ MM/ Ariba Modules

The major role & responsibilities includes:
• Effectively communicate with IT development teams, vendors and business users to deliver functional requirements like GUI designs, system testing and possibly perform SIT if need.
• Assist business users in training, acceptance testing, preparation and support for go- live
• Analyze and clarify requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams to automate or improve existing systems/procedures.
• Others task is assigned by Manager.
• Studying business functions; gather, understand business process requirements according to company standards.
• Perform the role of Quality Assurance when system is ready.
• Recommend potential solutions for the specified business requirements. Determine system change requirements and impact. Take part in designing stages and implementing projects.
• Act as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Good communication skills in English
• At least 2 years of software development experience as Business Analyst or ERP consultant or IT supporter or equivalent experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Experience in Quality Assurance is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business analyst or related
• Experience in software development and deployment is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in SAP (PP modules),
• Good in using Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Draw.io or related)
• Experience in SAP (FI, MM module) is a plus
