IT BrSE/Project Manager (PM)freeC's Client

Manage projects: plan, monitor progress, control scope and quality.
Coordinate and track development and QC teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Propose solutions to optimize processes and project quality.
Communicate and clarify requirements via chat, email, and video meetings with clients.
Gather requirements, perform business analysis, and write documentation including Business Requirements, Workflow, Basic Design, and Detailed Design.
Support product testing and handover to clients.

Requirements:

Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher (preferably strong communication skills and proficiency in writing technical documentation).
Minimum 3 years of experience as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer).
At least 2 years of experience in software project management.
Experience working in technical roles in various positions.
Proactive, highly responsible, with a “can- do” mindset and a willingness to learn new technologies (AI, AWS, Cloud, etc.).
Effective in organizing, planning, communication, problem- solving, and team management.
Understanding of software development processes, familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Confident and fluent in client communications.
Strong skills in business analysis and writing basic and detailed design documents.

Preferred:

In- depth experience with AWS.
Managed teams of 20+ members.
Background in programming or testing, or experience in web, cloud, or startup projects, especially those involving AI applications.
Experience living/working in Japan.
Experience in business optimization, with a strong business mindset and thinking.
Possession of PMP, PMI- ACP certifications or knowledge of PMBOK.
At least 2 years of technical experience as a Software Developer (.NET, Python, PHP).
