Technical Support and Issue Resolution:
• Document and maintain up- to- date records of application issues, resolutions, and processes.
• Provide IT helpdesk support to users, resolving basic IT issues, and escalating complex issues to appropriate teams.
• Act as a liaison between end- users and development teams to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution.
• Provide training and support to users on software applications and systems.
• Provide technical support for web and SaaS applications, troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
Application Administration and Maintenance:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the company&039;s Intranet site based on Microsoft SharePoint Online.
• Participate in the testing and implementation of new application releases.
• Continuously monitor and analyze application performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in the administration of CRM, DMS, and other systems, ensuring smooth operation and efficiency.
Project Coordination and Collaboration:
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work closely with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to align application systems with business objectives.
• Gather requirements for new projects and collaborate with development teams
Continuous Learning and Technological Awareness:
• Keep up- to- date with the latest technologies and trends in application development and support.

- Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
- Experience: 1- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a software development or IT support environment. Basic IT helpdesk experience, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Knowledge:
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate is a plus.
• Familiarity with database management systems like MSSQL, MySQL
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JS, C, Python
• Understanding of web applications and Software- as- a- Service (SaaS) concepts
- Required skills:
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end- users and software
• Good English proficiency (all 4 skills)
- Other (if any): Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
