Investment Manager/ Assistant Manager - Real Estate Industry

Strategic & Legal Advisory: • Assess and evaluate potential residential development opportunities from a strategic and legal perspective.• Lead the review of project legal frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.• Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities to facilitate smooth project approvals and resolve potential issues.• Provide legal and regulatory insights to support project direction and investment strategies.2. Investment & Feasibility Analysis: • Conduct high- level market and financial feasibility studies to identify profitable opportunities.• Develop and maintain robust investment models to optimize project structures.• Monitor and evaluate the investment performance of ongoing and upcoming projects.3. Strategic Project Management: • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align project strategies, timelines, and deliverables.• Support the Manager / Director in driving strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.• Contribute to business development activities and other projects as assigned.4. Others:• Assist Manager / Director closely with daily operation, including translating and interpreting with local authorities, landlords, etc.• Other tasks assigned by Manager / Director.
