Inventory Tracking & Management
Monitor input, return, and actual stock quantities at stores and warehouses.
Issue return invoices to suppliers as requested by relevant departments.
Compare system records with physical inventory data at stores and warehouses.
Verify and reconcile goods receipt data between the PBI system and accounting software.
Record and document daily deliveries and shipments to maintain up- to- date inventory information.
Track and manage inventory transactions (inbound, outbound, and returns) across warehouses and 220 stores.
Month- End Closing
Record journal entries related to inventory movements in the accounting system.
Perform month- end closing of cost of goods sold (COGS) and ending inventory.
Monitor and report company inventory levels regularly.
Reporting & Other Tasks
Prepare and submit monthly inventory reports as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and inventory management processes.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Hard- working, critical thinker, and high integrity with strong ethical standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of data analysis and inventory management software.
Experience in retail, manufacturing, or other environments with high- volume inventory transactions.
Excellent organizational, problem- solving, and communication skills.
