Internship program 2024 - Trade Marketing Intern

Abbott is hiring Trade Marketing Interns for GT, E- commerce team with the general job scope is as below.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work & coordinate with Sales/Brand & Digital MKT Team to build & prepare for key event activities
Responsible for promotion calendar tracking by customer (intensity, activities …)
Work with vendors to develop, produce and deliver POSM based on Marketing and Trade activity calendar.
Monthly report
Gift management support: Track gift allocation & delivery plan, provide gift dimension & remind sales team to clear stock
Work with relevant functions to prepare for customer&039;s activities
Track and follow up payment process from PR/PO to liquidation and payment.
Ad- hoc activities as needed e.g. project support for customer marketing activities
Assist to follow up & execute key activities of customers to ensure the success of each project

CORE SKILL REQUIREMENT

Microsoft Office Suite fluency
Time management
Good analytical thinking
Strong communication skills and inter- personal skills
Fluency in English (business level) and Vietnamese

Strong attention to details and learning agility.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED

Fresh Graduated or Senior students (be able to work full- time, or only 1- 2 shifts off per week within 6 months from Apr to Oct 2024).
